A Rochester New York native, Jean K Stephens received a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Masters in Art Education from Rochester Institute of Technology. Her desire for classical training has led to study with Thomas Buechner and Thomas Insalaco. The April 2005 issue of American Artist magazine featured an article on Jean’s landscapes. Her paintings have been selected for national juried exhibitions, are included in private and corporate collections and are represented by McGowan Fine Art, Concord NH and Oxford Gallery, Rochester NY.
